How do you uninstall apps in Windows Mobile 6?

I have the Pantech Duo, C810.

Do you have to use WM6, or is there some software that is needed to do it?

Start - Settings - More (you may have to select More a few times) - Remove Programs. You can only uninstall programs you have installed yourself, such as to remove a program you tried but didn't like. You cannot uninstall factory-preloaded programs.

So, none of the preloaded stuff is able to be removed (i.e. any of the att/cingulair apps).

Can they be removed by other means such as by registry editing and then delete the folder and shortcut?

This is a good unit, if I can remove the unnecessary att stuff it would be a great phone.

Not by normal means. Someone would have to hack a custom ROM without the bloatware. Unfortunately, the Duo doesn't seem to be that popular as other devices so the hacking community is not that big or active.
