I can do text and all fine......just cannot figure out for the life of me how to congigure it to do picture or video messages right.It always says dialing #777 and then message failed..........I bought it used so could have something to do with settings but never had a smartphone before and bit off mroe than I can chew it seems as I have no clue what to do to get it running right.......all I care to do is be able to receive and send pics as easy as I did with my scoop........not happening so far......any help would be great,thanks!!!

have you checked the software of your phone.

Here is the place you need to go to get the software if its out of date...

yeah,I just tried updating the ROM..........didnt work as far as fixing issue........I can get the messages but not send them at all..........dont get it.......

For now, if you can't find a fix, you could try Dashwire. Makes it easy to send either email or text pictures to any of your contacts. And all of your contacts, pictures, and text messages, etc. are backed up online. Hopefully that helps... http://dashwire.com

Did you ever figure anything out? I was going to suggest suggest Dashwire before they stole my line.
