Free AOL Streaming Radio is Coming To iPhone

I had thought that Apple was prohibiting streaming applications. But that's apparently not the case as AOL has announced their streaming radio application for iPhone (both current and 3g models supported) will be released when the App Store opens (possibly as early as June 27 if rumors are to be believed).
