noob question on loading i335

I just got a i335 and wanted to upload ringtones and wallpapers.
I am running VIsta Ultimate 32bit version and I have tried to use webjal and for some reason I keep getting this error:
"The application was unable to retrieve required information from the server"
any help wolud be grateful...
