My friend does that for his service. He always buys his new phones from AT&T at full price, so he's not tied to a contract. Of course I think this logic is stuipd, but that's how he does it. It's also how I know that it's going to be downright f*cked up if AT&T expects me to sign a new contract AND pay full price for the iPhone 3G. But let's not get ahead of ourselves, I won't believe anything until I see it posted from AT&T. |

Right. I wasn't referrring to the contract, I was just stating the eligable/non eligable thing is the same with all phones. As for paying full price and still having to sign a contract, all the people who paid $600 for the first iPhone did not have a problem with it. |
