HTC Juno / Tmobile Shadow WIFI Connection Issues

I have been trolling the internet and this forum for a definitive answer to this question, but so for, nothing has worked. I am trying to connect my Shadow to my Belkin N Wireless Router. I have made sure that all of the settings on the phone match the settings on the router. The 128bit WEP key is absolutely correct as well, but the darn thing will not connect.

When the phone detects the signal, it shows it as a secure network, I then add the key and it attempts to connect. But it just jumps to the signal post with the red x through it. I thought that meant that it cannot find that signal at the moment. It just saw it! I have an unsecured wifi connection at work that functions just fine.

I have tried everything except for a hard reset because i dont want to lose my programs and settings. Is there a list of routers or settings that are not compatable with the shadow. Is there anything else that I should be trying? This is really frustrating!
