HTC Cruise Copying Contacts To Toyota Car Kit

I have a HTC Cruise with which I use the Outlook Contacts rather than the SIM contacts. Appox 400 contacts.
I have just got a new Toyota Landcruiser 2008 model with Touch Screen Navigation and Car Kit that is capable of storing 1000 phonebook contacts.
I want to send my phone contacts to the car kit via Bluetooth. I can set up ready to receive on the Car Kit but I cannot find how to send the phone contacts. Would someone please be able to assist?
