HTC Backup/restore??

So I have an odd question. I have a customer who has had 3 diff shadows now that needs warranty exchanges with T-Mobile. And each time they do this, they must re set their profiles and settings and menu option, etc. Does anyone know of a program that can essentially do a backup/restore that handles these things - similiar to what BlackBerry does? Thank you!

Sprite Backup, especially the latest version, 6.2.2. Version 5.1 was included on my AT&T Tilt, and those who got it gratis with their HTC device are eligible to upgrade a version 5 to current version 6 for $10.
