Best car charger/holder for Mogul?

Looking to get one and was wondering which comes highly recommended?
Windshield mount or cig lighter?
With the windshield mount I would think with all the sun during the day while driving that the glare would make it pretty much unreadable right? Would it be shaded better lower in the car but would it be more distracting?
Do they have one that is an all in one charger/mount to where you just slide/clamp it to the mount and has it's own charger plug at the base? Or do you have to buy a mount AND a charger that you always have to manually plug into the phone to charge?

here is an expensive one but it allows you to charge thru the mount and you can choose to either mount it on the window or the air vent.
