unite software problem Cant unlock firewall.

After rrmoving the Unite software it left an IT policy on my 8830. I removed the policy and now the firewall is locked with a little red lock. Also i cant sync or transfer files via Bluetooth anymore. I reloaded the OS. I wiped the BB. I tried factory reset. Nothing works. Been at this for 3 days now. I also got dm 4.5 off the rim web site but it doesnt get rid of it either. I checked all the BB web sited and everyone is trying to get it fixed to. Any ideas?

Do a search about removing IT policy. It can be done.

I have read every IT removal thread there is and tried them all. Still locked. I dont know if its a vista problem or what but I cant get factory reset to work in JL_Cmder. I have tried to run it as admin etc. Still locked. And bluetooth is screwed.

My only resolution was to JL_Cmder it, reload the OS from scratch but from ANOTHER computer.

I can no longer use the laptop as that was the system Unite was on. The minute I plug in the berry the lock returns.

No lock when I redid everything from our desktop.
