eTrade & iPhone problem

This week, I've been unable to access my accounts with the iPhone, after I log in, I get a screen that says "Please wait while we retrieve your information" and the screen never refreshes.

I can eventually get to the information, but I have to click on other links then back to my accounts...

Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same problem, i just go Trading & Portfolios to see me stuff. I guess its not a major issue for me. But it would be pretty cool if they get the same thing they have for the blackberry for the iphone.

Yep, am using the BB software too, it's pretty slick, but I'd rather just use the iPhone.

lol, I'm still hoping they get app for the iPhone. Because without wifi it takes to long to do anything on the site.

I will have to try it again, I have not had issues logging into my etrade account.

I can log in, but the "accounts-complete view" page doesn't refresh from the initial "Please wait while we retrieve your information" box.

I have to navigate away, then back to my individual accounts to see the balances/performance of the individual stocks.

Meh, another reason to tell eTrade to screw off...

I have a BB 8320 with their Mobile Pro software on it, my connection is refused about 50% of the time, called tech support who directed me to the WAP page I spoke to Lonnie's boss for a good 15 minutes about how that kind of lame *** tech support would get an IT person fired at my company...
