answering machine and voice mail question

1. Are there any digital answering machines available, that allow you to transfer the audio files to a computer, or sd chip, or whatever, in preferably an mp3 format, for storage? I'd like to be able to transfer messages onto network storage of some kind in order to help document threats, promises, etc.
2. In that same theme, how do I get voice mail off of the cell phone network into a more stable long term storage format?
