I sort of wrote about this before but may have led you down the wrong path. I recently had a virus on my computer. I had to wipe it clean and reformat. I am very dependant on the communication abilities of my Blackberry as I have a damaged vocal chord that may require surgery. In short I have not been able to speak for over 2 weeks and RELY on my blackberry email. This will likely be the case for at least two more weeks. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! Anyway, BBerry was fine until I put Outlook on my PC and configured mail. Ever since now mail is coming to the Blackberry. Please help me.

My passwords are the same as always. I made no changes to my mail accounts. - Just configured Outlook.

Make sure that in your Outlook PC setup, you have "leave mail on server" checked. The problem could be that your mail is downloaded to the PC and deleted from the provider's servers before RIM has a chance to pull it.

YOU ARE A SAINT!!!! I can't begin to thank you or tell you how much this means to me. I am possibly facing vocal chord surgery and have not been able to speak for over 2 weeks - with many weeks to go possibly. I have been ABSOLUTELY dependant on my Blackberry. When it stopped receiving emails I was devastated as this is my ONLY way to communicate right now. If you were here - I'd kiss you (or your wife).
