functional diffs in the 9000 series vs 8820?

I'm interested a blackberry /w wifi and gps, but not necessarily touchscreen. As I know, the 8820 and 9000 series will be candidates, but I'm curious what other features the 9000 series will have improved over the 8820, if anyone can help me out?

Much more memory, double the processing power. Screen resolution will be way better. Not last but many more features with the new 4.6OS.
I love the 8820, my current favorite Blackberry but the 9000 with 3G and the things listed above, plus more will be light years ahead of the current RIM devices.
