Checkbook or Quickbook like software, has anyone seen any software like mentioned that would work on the blackberry 8100 and possibly be able to sync it to your pc software.

Company called Ultrasoft, makes a product for the Palm OS and WM, which syncs directly with Microsoft Money. I wish they would offer a blackberry product. My being unable to find a product which would sync directly between my blackberry and MS Money was one important reason I went back to using a Palm OS device as my primary.

I found this program called tackit- expense edition, sync with pc. But cost money, I'm looking for somthing a little more realistic, as in free!

I have been looking and I don't think you are going to find anything that will do what you want it to do for free.

SplashMoney which has apparently been around for some time on Palm & Windows Mobile is in beta - there's a discussion about it in a forum on their site at forum.splashdata.com. I've never used it, so I can't tell you whether it's any good.
