Windows 98 help please!

Hi there,

I can connect my P800 via cradle to my PC, and can install softwhere to it and view via the Explorer, etc, but I can not synchonize the phone.

It will begin "initializing" the tasks, but this will take forever.

I would get a message like "the other program in the task bar is busy". What program could that be. If I cancel it, I get an Internal Error 413 saying that I could not create instance of mRouter Access Point.

Anyone know what kindof problem this would be.

I tried backing up the phone, which appears to work, but then when I try to restore, the settings are all greyed out...

I'm stuck with Win98 for now because I use some programs that are only Win98.

Try upgrading you P800 Suite to 1.5 I believe is what it is called now...

Ken, what program are you sync'ing to/from? Outlook? If so, try just sync'ing one "section" (ie, contacts) at a time. See if that helps. Just a wild shot.
