BB 8320 Restarting

Hi everyone..I just recently bought my T-mobile Curve last sunday i believe...I love it and everything great,besides the fact that it will restart and random times..b4 i make a phone call..b4 i play a video..whenever...I searched through the forums and it seems like some people thought it was there memory card..so i took the memory card out..NOPE still restarted within 5 seconds of a new call...some people returned there BB and got a new 1 and that phone did the same thing as well..so im stuck on what to do..i dont want to return BB after BB over and over..I was wondering if maybe i stuck it out till the new OS or what..Im a lil lost on what to do..thanks every1..
