Dash Help

I just bought a Dash and I have a few problems.
1. I can't see my "Sent" messages anywhere and it gets hard because I forgot what I wrote to people to make them say whatever it is that they said to me.
2. I can't connect the stupid thing to my WiFi connection at home. Even when it was unblocked, it wouldn't work. It would see the connection after I would turn the phone off and then back on again, but it wouldn't connect.
Does anyone know how to help me fix these problems? I want my iPhone back.
