Blackberry Connect Device Not Deleting E-mail from the Server

I am having a problem deleting messages on a Tilt. E-mails deleted from the PDA do not delete on my wife's Exchange Server and her personal e-mails (an imap account sent through TMobile's BIS server) do not delete as well. Before a company coerced migration from Exchange Server and direct Imap, everything worked fine.

My wife has an HTC Tilt which I set up using Blackberry Connect and have it connected on a BES plan/connection to her company's BES server linked to an Exchange Server 2007 e-mail server. We have a client with Blackberry Version 4.0.0.97, Transport Version 4.0.0.95, BES Server version 4.1.5. On my Blackberry Connect software, I have enabled Redirect Incoming Messages to handset on the general tab under e-mail settings.

I cannot figure out for the life of me why deletes from the PDA don't delete from either e-mail account. Is there a setting I am missing? Is there a known bug in this version of BBC?
