I think this is a similar service to "youmail" except for the custom voice messages. BUT it looks like its available in Canada!
when selecting carrier you have the option to choose "Other".

I just read about it on boygenius, didnt sign up for it yet, probably get around to it later this evening.

Also does anyone know if you get charged when you call forward with Rogers? I'm thinking the number I use for voicemail will be long distance.

It also appears to send sms for voicemail alerts, but not sure why there is data usage as well? All this is mentioned in the FAQ.

If anyone already signed up for it, feedback is greatly appreciated!

doesn't work for people in canada... just tried signing up for it and it was a no go

I read through their Blackberry user manual, and it looks like it uses data for every time a call is forwarded, so dont think that would be helpful, plus it doesnt offer all the same features as youmail.

Guess I'm going to have to wait until youmail is available in Canada. (if it ever will be)

it worked for me, but the number I had to use to call forward unanswered calls to was 813200xxxx sooo... long distance to the US.
