Apparently the auto-unlocker(s) make a few changes to your smartphone registry that you could conceivably undo with a registry editor. What this would do to the changes/apps that you've applied, I couldn't tell you.

See this blog post.

Without having your original registry values (and not knowing myself exactly what the auto unlockers do) it may be a bit of a guessing game.

Good luck.

A comparison of pre- and post- SDA_ApplicationUnlock registry keys shows the following:

HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies...
00001001 original/unlocked: 2/1
00001005 original/unlocked: 222/16
00001017 original/unlocked: 148/16
0000101b original/unlocked: 0/1

These seem to be the essential changes. You cannot freely edit certain registry values (including these ones) unless you SDA unlock the phone. Once you have, you CAN edit the registries BUT changing values back (e.g. setting 0001001 back to 2) relocks the registry--and you're now done making any manual changes unless you unlock the phone again!

Perhaps this means your phone is application "re-locked" as you are seeking. Perhaps if you change these values back in a certain order you can get them all back to the default values and thus fully re-lock your phone(?).
