ATT/IPHONE call quality in SW 'burbs of chicago??

Haven't had ATT for a couple of years. mostly cause their call quality sucked where I live (Darien-Woodridge) area..
Does anyone have a current IPHONE living in that area that can give me a clue as to how the PHONE reception is there now?
I know the data should be OK, especially with 3G, but, even though most folks don't think like I do, its still a CELL PHONE first and foremost, and its most important to me that the reception is strong for calls here..

My current phone worked very poorly in Hinsdale/Burr Ridge. These towns also would not allow cell towers to be built so all phones are pretty bad there.

well, believe it or not, my sprint bb 8830 works great here, so I am concerned about going back to ATT..

I pick by girlfriend up from work everyday in woodridge, my signal is great, so is call quality.
