I'm looking for refurb phones:

1. HTC Tilt ($149 - no MIR required) - I want this mostly for WiFi + touch screen, downside = mixed quality reviews
2. Motorola Q9h $79 - mostly for built quality USB charger, RF. Downside = no WiFi or touch screen
3. Palm 750 $129 - Touch screen - downside - Windows Mobile 5, non USB charger, no WiFi

Top items desired:
1. WiFi
2. Build/RF
3. Touch screen
4. Windows Mobile 6

Hell, I'd take a iPhone if I didn't have to sign for 2 years of data service.

are you looking only for a att phone or would you consider a non att phone. maybe a htc device or even a nokia (not windows 6) ?

Just want to mention that I charge my Treo 750 Windows Mobule 5 via USB. Yes, the default cable that came with it does not. However, I bought a USB charging cable, an additional wall adapter, and car charger package on ebay. All for $8.99 shipped.

There is an official upgrade from Palm for the Treo 750. It has Windows Mobile 6, adds HSDPA and it charges via USB with the cable that came with the phone.

If you want to run WM Professional programs but like the form factor of the Q better than the slider of the Tilt, then the Treo 750 is the best pick, especially if there's 3G in your area.

I was in a similar situation before and I went with the Tilt. The Q9 is an awesome phone but I needed a Pocket PC OS phone so I had to ultimately let go. The Tilt simply had more screen real estate than the Treo and recently I've been skeptical of Palm's reliability.
