Is there anyway to change the sets of languages available on my 8890 to the other ones available in Asia? i kno over there you can display vietnamese, etc so how would i be able to flash mine to do that?

Consult the instructions, there is a way on most phones.

i don't mean changing from english to french/spanish/chinese... i meaning changing the entire set of "preset languages" that come in the fone...
ie. in certain areas of asia, the fone comes preset w/ english, chinese, vietnamese, tagalog, etc...
