Unlocked with Ziphone, can I use iLiberty or iPlus now?

I tried searching, but I couldn't find the answer. I unlocked with Ziphone successfully when it first came out. I understand that may have or may not have been a wise decision. In any event, since I used Ziphone to unlock and it messed with my bootloader, can I now use iLiberty, iPlus, or pwnage to 'fix' the bootloader change that Ziphone did?

If you used Ziphone I would do a full restore before iliberty or iplus. Ziphone was the least stable out of all the unlock methods.

It means to restore back to fw 1.1.4 and then start clean
