The only one that I saw at this point was 'Truphone' on the App Store. It does have an interesting claim, that it can call Google Talk contacts and visa versa for free voice conversations anywhere you get a WiFI connection.

yes i use truphone on my n95 and you can call any google talk member for free. on youtube they have tutorials on how to set it up and show you how it works. pretty good. i can call my pops on the east coast from my phone. and i can call over 3G with it so i dont even need to be near wifi.
