I.E. whether you upgraded, added new service, added a line, etc. they may have made mistakes with your account settings. How do I know this? Because when I went back to at&t today to see what the problem was, they looked at my account and they had not added a data plan and voice mail. Genius.
I used to get the same "we need more information..." message. Now everything is all good. I hope this helps. |
