iPhone going into restore mode after powering down

Anyone else have this problem? I jailbroke and unlocked my iphone. It's running firmware 1.1.4. Everytime I power down and try to turn it back on, it's asking me to plug it in to the pc and I have to use iLiberty+ to kick it out of restore mode. Is there an easy fix to this or would I have to restart all over again to get it fully functional?
