Was I the only one who was a victim of this error today at the Apple store?

Would get all the way to the point where you sign your name and then BAM

Upgrade Exception error

This was despite OLAM showing and saying I was eligible and MANY calls to AT&T CS to confirm that eligbility.

Suggestions PLEASE!?

If you have a BNG tag on your account that ties you to business customer service, i found that it can interfere with upgrades at Apple stores. Call customer service and find out if that tag is attached to your account. I had it removed and all is well now.
