I got a 16gb white, and i want to jailbreak and unlock to work with tmobile and add the installer. Is this possible yet? Normally, I go to hackthatphone.com, but they are not ready yet to do this, so can anyone give me a place to find directions that are clear and crisp?

Doing a bit of research ... before putting down your money, would have been prudent.

There are NO unlocks for 3G. There is NO published jailbreak for firmware 2.0 yet - on either phone. You're screwed twice over, at the moment.
