Well..... I am ! No need for 3G here, I'm ok with EDGE. 19.99 Media Plan 
I did not see any justification in upgrading. My 8GB does well for me.
I browse the internet every day, listen to music, watch you tube, a movie here and there. and most of all, check on email and catch up on phone calls.
These are the bare necessities for me. I'm good. I love my 1st Generation iphone, IT ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!
