Coming back to att, will they let me?

I had att for about 5 years and left (no ETF) to go to sprint for a much better plan (sero 500 for 30bucks), but the service is bad where I need to use it plus their phone selection is just as bad. My question is if, I port my number back to att (for the iphone 3g) do you think they will give me any crap? Left them 2 months ago for Sprint.

If you were in good standing, I could not see why not. Cell phone providers love that stuff.

I left AT&T for network problems in my area but while I was with them I found their customer support to be rather good to be honest. They did what they could to try and help me with my issues and I was only with them for 6 months or so. Considering that you were with them for 5 years I imagine they would love to have you back. I don't see them giving you any problems in the least.

case in point, if you have business(money) to give to them, then there shouldnt be a problem.

I would make sure that you get any promises ATT get made on paper!

Since it has been less then 90 days, you may be required to reopen your previous account. Timing is very key. as you will not be considered a "New Customer". If you account was in good standing and you were out of contract on the account then you will qualify for the $199/$299 pricing. Make sure that you confirm the pricing that they offer you before you proceed with rejoining AT&T.

Give it a try and report back with your results.

I assume you're going to have to pay the ETF with Sprint, right?

Yeah, I don't think there should be any problem at all unless your acct. was not in good standing when you were with them and I think they'll be happy to have you back. As for Sprint sero plan, oh man, nothing can beat them, it's dirt cheap compared to AT&T and the network is 3G! They're ok in my area, so I have them both AT&T and Sprint
