myfico.com is the place where you can check your credit scores, it should give you an idea on where you stand.

That's what I did and got approved for 4 lines. That would be the best thing to.

Credit score isn't the sole criteria. High scores with any negative activity affecting wireless carriers is just as harmful as a low credit score. And even then you've no way of knowing the amount they may or may not request.

Best thing to do is call AT&T and explain your situation. I'm sure they'd be more than happy to give you the info.
