iPhone visual voicemail / Plantronics 520 bluetooth issue

Prior to the 2.0 firmware upgrade on my original iPhone, I was able to use my Plantronics 520 bluetooth headset to listen to voicemails. Now, post upgrade, I cannot hear the messages. In fact, the Audio option in the top right only says "speaker" instead of "audio".
Were the profile altered to remove this capability?

My Jawbone 2 still works fine with VM on my gen 1 with 2.0.
