customer care firmware update

I got much further with the number howard posted than with the number in the manual.
The number in the manual I just kept getting the run around.
The number that Howard posted, they were quick to acknowledge that my firmware needed to be updated. They said they will email me or call me with the instructions on returning the phone to them for an update.
