Cricket Phone Lingo M1000 - hard reset how to??

I'm trying to find out how to completely reset a Lingo I am preparing to sell. I also do not have the security code. I bought the phone, brand new and haven't done anything with the security code function. The code, "0000" and the last four digits of my phone number, do not work.
Any insight would be much appreciated, thank you.
