Private Showing On Call List, Unknown on CID

Can anyone explain why private number is showing on the caller list through my earthlink VOIP, while the caller ID on the phone itself shows either unknown, or nothing at all.

Also, the times change on the call list (the one you log onto to check who called, voice mail, etc.)

Is someone using *67, or is it an Unknown caller that is converted to private caller for some reason.

Any help would be appreciated.
