debranded w580, lost flash themes after update!

hey guys, i didnt have time to search the forum if this has been covered before, but i have a debranded rogers w580i, and i updated it using the update service that came with the phone! all my stuff is still there on the memory card, i had a bunch of themes, but the flash menus arent there anymore? any ideas how to get them back?

I'm not sure if the new SEUS erases everything, but SEUS upgrades the phone to CID53, no more adding flash themes for you

what if i use the far and flash themes program and add them again?? or reflash it if i have to? i guess its not that big of a deal, the phone stilll works, just doesnt look as cool hehe
