I hate... with a passion... the crap that is British Vodafone.

I happily pay them between £80 and £100 a month for my bills. yet today they cut me off... no warning, nothing. Why? Because they have decided after a YEAR...a WHOLE YEAR of me having this contract that I have lied about my address and where I am living... Before they will reconect me they have decided I have to find someone with a fax machine... JUST... JUST so I can prove that I do in fact live at the same address I lived in when I signed up... the same address I have been in for 2 years... where all my bills for everything are sent. Where my mortgage is... where I am on the lectoral bloody role. God knows why... just another saga of the **** that vodafone put their customers through for fun.
