Hey guys, my SE K850i never fully charges, but always gets up to 98%. In terms of power and how long it'll last, it's not a problem for me. However, I'm just wondering if anyone else has this problem, and if it might be an indication of something wrong with the charger/battery. Btw, this is my second one (got my first replaced b/c of dead pixels), and my first had this "issue" too.

Thats funny mine charges to 100%. Is your phone branded.

no, a bunch of people got that problem too, including myself. From time to time, it will reach 100%, but it's rare. Usually it will stop charging at 98% or 99% but honestly... what will 2% do?

Yep it's Rogers branded. Thanks for the quick replies. Yeah, 2% power-wise is not a concern for me, but it's good to know it isn't any hardware/battery related issues.

I have the same problem..bought the phone from Rogers but later unbrand it..I noticed though that if you charge while the phone is on.. this problem will occur...but if its off it's displays on mine "Fully Charged" but I don't check my battery percentage though..I usually turn my phone fully off and charge it...

It's not a hardware fault, IMO, I think it's just a bug. The phone actually is charged to 100% but somehow displays 98% or wtv else. Cuz even if you keep on charging for say, 24 hours straight, logically, anything should be fully charged, yet the phone will still display another percentage.
