Ive had the above phone for about 3 weeks now.
A couple of days ago I decided to click on 'Update Service'
My phone then tells me new software has been detected.
I downloaded this software and istalled it, the software was R3CA038 (1204-1731)
Ever since I have been unable to access the internet via the globe button on the main menu screen. I am however able to access the internet via the shortcut button on the main keypad.
Does anybody know why this is, as it is really annoying

A possible solution, try deleting the shortcut and putting the shortut back in manually and see if that helps

Alternatively, go under connectivy settings and see what you can find there uner Internet Settings, Streaming Settings? Make sure they both have the same internet accounts too!
