W610i crashes/restart while viewing contacts list

Hi everybody, first I'm sorry if I didnt post in the right subforum, because I dont know what's feedback exactly mean.

Anyways, I have a sonny ericsson w610i , and everytime I open my contacts list and start searching in the list, when I reach the contacts beginning with ''W'' exactly, it crashes and restart!
I tried to remove the battery and everything, but it doesnt seem to fix this problem.

I remember I downloaded some games lately, but I tried to scan the memory card with norton antivirus (

desesperate huh?) and it was clear.

Oh yeah, and all the numbers(i'm not sure) are saved in the phone not the Sim.

Do I have to send it for repair ? because my warranty run out till December.
Or I can get it fix by myself? I mean with your help
