sending/reciving pic mssgs kx5 slider

i have a kayocera kx5 slider, and bought from virgin mobile and it was flashed to cricket, and all ok but am not able to send / recive picture mssge, i was told that stores can not correct the prblem, would anyone have idea on how to remedi this 
problem . (possible reprogram phone OR ?
