For those of us who loaded 4.5 (or simply deleted the pics to free space), here are the 8330 preloaded pics in .bmp format (screenshots).. along with a few other preloaded pics... from, I believe, the 8830.

Had to post them on Pinstack instead, due to attachment limits here.
