Need a CX65 (Cable) modem driver for Windows Vista 64bit

Please help !

I have a SIM CX65 USB modem cable for use with my Siemens C75 phone.
I need a working Siemens DCA-540 driver for Vista x64 (64bit) or other SIM
CX65 USB modem cable compatible x64 (64bit) driver.

Some technical driver information:

PHONE: Siemens C75
CABLE NAME: SIM CX65

All I have is the following working drivers for use with the
SIM CX65 cable:

I have until now got no help when asking benq-siemens which tok over the
Siemens mobile unit part of Siemens before it declared itself bankrupt here:

My Mobile Phone Manager I use with Siemens C75 you find here:

Siemens Mobile Control (SIMCO) that is totally free and works with all windows versions, even with Vista x64(64bit)
but it need a modem driver( requested over) to function:

Please let me know where to find an working driver for Micrososft windows vista 64bit.
Or maby some will convert the Vista 32bit driver to a working
Vista 64bit driver
