need help finding a theme

Hi
Fiirstly i deeply apologise if this is in the wrong forum as i have looked but could not decide which forum to post it in.
I have a request for a mobile phone theme if its possible if anyone can help me. I overheard a person talking about a certain theme which works on Nokia's and possibly on other phones too.
The theme i am looking for is a theme which shows the Battery and Reception not as an ariel or a battery but as car guages, so it emptys as a reception or battery is down.
