Mobiledit! - Orphaned software?

I see that Mobiledit! was updated on 9/15, but two registration requests to their forums have gone unanswered, 3 pre-sales questions are sitting in never never land, and the techs appear to have abandoned the forum. Does anyone know the status of the software?
