Had my phone in an upper shirt pocket with some pens and a knife. Was lifting a few things and may have put some pressure on the phone, not sure, but don't think so. I can make/receive calls just fine, but there is no sound at all coming from the regular speaker that is used when holding the phone up to your ear. I turn on speaker phone and it works fine. I found a manual and downloaded it. Before I disassemble it is it possible I just changed a setting? Volumes are all up. The speaker had been getting fuzzy sounding. I'm guessing it's toast. Where can I get a replacement speaker? Thanks.

Change the phone.

Sounds like the ear speaker bit the dust! As for the parts? I always find a non-working phone on an auction site (like e-bay) with a bad circut board. You can pick these up really cheap! I've changed quite a few of these speakers since the w580i came out.
