Help! My debranded W580i's display is DEAD!

So I have a W580i that I've had for close to 2 years now, and I debranded it about a year and a half ago. Worked fine up till now, but now the display won't show anything at all.
The phone still works; I can access programs like the music player and even play music, but it's like the display is dead. I'm fairly sure this is NOT a physical issue, since I've never dropped the phone and I literally saw the display "die". I have no idea what's wrong but I think it may be tied to the debranding or something.
Can someone help me?
