Will ATT carry the SL55 and, if so, when will it be released?

I don't think they'll carry the SL55, most likely they'll carry the SL56 which is the same just dual-band instead of triband.

I would hope they would carry it within the next few months, maybe by the end of the summer but who knows, the S55 has been available unlocked for a long time, so I hope it dosent take them another 6 or more months to release it

It has taken quite a while for AT&T aswell as Cingular to put out the S56... so I wouldn't expect the SL56 that soon

yeah you are probably right...could be a long long time before ATT releases it....i just hope the price drops a little, with the way i go through phones, i cant rationalized dropping 500 bucks for it now...when in a month ill want something else

I know what you mean... usually I have one mobile that is my main fone but always have 3 or 4 that I use intermittently; but since last August I have gone from one fone to another every every other month.
